Refund policy

Last updated: October 2026. Two promises, in plain words.

1. Your map and 200 ads in 48 hours, or it's free

The clock starts when you send your brand form. If your map and your 200 ads aren't delivered within 48 hours, we refund your full payment and you keep everything we sent.

2. Every angle comes with real proof

Each angle in your map shows the real buyer quotes behind it. If you find an angle with none, tell us. We replace it with one that has real quotes. If we can't, we refund you.

What isn't refunded

Once your map and your 200 ads are delivered on time, with real buyer quotes behind every angle, the payment isn't refundable. That includes a change of mind, and how your ads perform, since nobody can pick winners before testing.
